Earlier in the year, we began an overhaul of the exterior of our home. Brian and 5Star Exteriors came highly recommended through a referral, which we highly value. The project included new siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, and remodel of our front porch. Based on having a great experience, we are now also adding a new front entry door. Contractors can be 'hit or miss'. However, 5 Star Exteriors is without a doubt the best we have ever worked with. After meeting them at a home and garden show, they called us back when we asked them to, came to our home promptly, helped us with suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted regarding an outdoor living space that would visually would complement our new home. 5 Star Exteriors recently replaced the siding and gutters on my house. I am very pleased. Tim came out and was extremely thorough when discussing the project, which was a bit complex even though my house is small. 5 Star performed several different exterior home upgrades for us during a couple of different jobs. One of the more difficult jobs was replacing two skylights. The lights have been in for several months now and they look great, with no leaks. I have found 5 Star to be responsive, excellent quality and they always clean up the work site.

Having about 15 year’s experience as a manager at The Timken Company in Customer Service I pay close attention. There truly was nothing more I could ask of your crew. They were polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I was amazed how well they worked together, one was always preparing for the next area ahead of the rest. They cleaned up very nicely down to nails in the grass. You can’t tell they were here. They all seemed to really enjoy what they were doing which says a lot for your management team. Highly recommend! I also really enjoyed working with your salesman, Tim. He actually got the job for you, I had someone else as a front runner but he was so helpful and knowledgeable I switched and I am so glad I did. Overall very satisfied

Tim and 5 star just finished my exterior renovations. This included a siding tear off, styrofoam backed red siding with cream colored shake shingle peaks and stone trim below the window and new gutters. The finish work was stunning. The plastic and aluminium trim work was flawless. The stone work was grouted with a reddish color that complimented the siding. I was extremely pleased the the quality and price. I highly recommend them.

Was incredibly impressed by Tim Yoder. Called about water from all the snow and ice coming into our bay window roof into the interior walls and ceiling, they came out to inspect and give us an estimate, then next day came out at the exact time they gave us and completed the project within hours!! Extremely punctual and true to their word down to the minute and dollar amount. Will be in contact again to handle our entire outside remodel of siding!

Very friendly , efficient crew ....they went above and beyond in the replacement of our 2 decks ..... some issues turned up but they came out and took care of the problems without hesitation .... great compamy
